Trice Rainer, MBA, CFP® became a Financial Advisor in order to pursue her passion for helping her clients and their families make intelligent, informed and healthy financial and life planning decisions to achieve their financial goals. She brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, management consulting and non-profit work to the relationships she builds with her clients. Trice will work with you to map a financial plan and investment strategy that aligns with your goals, values and life plan.
Trice began her career in the financial industry in 1987, as a Senior Trader at Bank of America managing the bank’s money market interest rate swaps portfolio. She also spent many years in management consulting at Accenture, which ingrained in her a strong commitment to excellent client service, a collaborative culture, and the importance of defining and aligning one’s core values and goals. More recently Trice spent several years helping a local nonprofit in the role of Finance Administrator and values the relationships she built and practical knowledge she gained in this role.
Trice received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University, Phi Beta Kappa honors, and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from UCLA. She has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. She has her California Insurance License and holds a General Securities License (Series 7) and a Registered Representative and Registered Investment Advisor License (Series 66). She is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) East Bay Chapter.
Trice, a resident of the East Bay for over 25 years, lives in Danville with her family. She loves spending time with her three children and captains and plays on competitive tennis teams year-round. She also enjoys oil painting, playing the piano and gardening.

Elizabeth Mintzer | Financial Advisor
Elizabeth brings passion and experience to the office as a Financial Advisor and Client Service Associate.
Elizabeth achieved a B.S. in Exercise Biology from the University of California at Davis in 2012 and a M.A. in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014. For three years, Elizabeth directed strategic planning and oversight to fitness programs as the Assistant Director of Fitness at UNC Chapel Hill. In 2017, she decided to relocate to the Bay Area and explore a new career in financial planning. Elizabeth empowers her clients to balance their professional, personal, and health related goals.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys being outside, whether it is hiking, skiing or swimming. She is an avid traveler and can’t wait to see the world!
